State police report criminal mischief

State police at Lehighton report the following incidents:

• Police said $100 in damages was caused to a mailbox on Unionville Road in Penn Forest Township.

The victim is a 52-year-old Jim Thorpe man who reported some one damaged the mailbox between the overnight hours of May 12-13.

• Police are investigating a criminal mischief incident that was reported at 11:45 a.m. May 26 in Ross Township.

The victim reported someone smashed the driver’s side passenger window of his 2009 Toyocar van that parked at 2200 Kunkletown Road when the damage happened.

• A criminal mischief incident was reported to state police at the Lehighton barracks by a property owner in Polk Township.

It happened around 6 p.m. May 8 at 474 Beltzville Drive.

The victim told police the suspect knocked over her mailbox as he was exiting her driveway.
