PUBLIC NOTICE During its regular meeting commencing at 7:00 pm on November 9, 2020 at Slatington Borough Hall, 125 S. Walnut Street, Slatington, PA, Slatington Borough Council will accept public comment on proposed Ordinance 702. This Ordinance would revise amend Chapter 175, section 175-16 of the Borough Codified Ordinances to add designate Kuntz Street a one-way street in a northbound direction between Second Street and Chestnut Alley. PUBLIC NOTICE The Walnutport Borough Zoning Hearing Board ("Zoning Board" or "Board") will hold a public hearing/meeting on Monday, November 9th, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at Walnutport Borough Hall, 417 Lincoln Avenue, Walnutport, PA to hear the appeal of Jacob R. Thomson concerning the property known as 502 Washington Street, Walnutport, PA 18088 and designated in Northampton County Parcel ID No. 12 SW 1C 9 1 1033, situate in an R2 Medium Density Residential Zoning District. The Applicant is proposing to create an accessory structure on a vacant lot without a primary residential structure. An accessory structure requires a primary structure as defined by Section 450-24 of the Walnutport Borough Zoning Ordinance (PA) (2008 as amended).
