Schuylkill County court

The following defendants had bench warrant hearings in Schuylkill County and are out on bail, pending further court action:

Todd Matthew Miller

, 24, Weatherly, arrested by McAdoo Police officer William Curilla on March 26, 2017, and charged with DUI/controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and improper sun screening. Bail was set at $1,000 unsecured. The charges are held for court.

Anthony Steckler

, 45, Lehighton, arrested by Tamaqua Police officer Anthony Stanell on Sept. 1, 2017, and charged with simple assault, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct. The charges are held for court.

Michael Henry Williams

, 31, Slatington, arrested by Coaldale Police officer Joseph Krebs on May 25, 2014, and charged with simply assault, disorderly conduct/engage in fighting and harassment. The charges are held for court.

Nevin S. Holben

, 22, New Ringgold, arrested by Rush Township Police officer Richard Weaver on April 4, 2018, and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked, and possession of controlled substance. The charges are held for court.

Robert Snell

, 34, Bernville, arrested by Rush Township Police officer Bradley Hess on Jan. 29, 2017, and charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property. The charges are held for court.

Jose A. Ruiz

, 44, Hazleton, arrested by McAdoo Police officer Lucas Fox on Nov. 29, 2015, and charged with DUI-highest rate and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. The charges are held for court.

Miller, Steckler, Williams, Holben and Snell are scheduled to appear before Judge John E. Domalakes for status conferences at 9 a.m. Jan. 9.

Jose A. Ruiz must appear for a pretrial conference before President Judge William E. Baldwin at 9 a.m. Jan. 25.
