A Tamaqua driver was cited following a one-vehicle crash that occurred at 7:06 a.m. Monday, Jan. 27, along Route 309 in Lynn Township, Lehigh County.

State police at Fogelsville said Bradley P. Siesko, 37, was driving a 2004 Oldsmobile Alero southbound near Gun Club Road, when the vehicle drifted onto the right berm, which was snow covered.

The car slid into the guide rail on the southbound side, spun counter-clockwise, traveling northbound. The driver's side then struck an embankment along the northbound lane, where it came to rest.

Siesko sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene by Northwestern EMS unit personnel. The car had to be towed from the scene.

Troopers cited Siesko for driving a vehicle at an (un) safe speed.
