Nationstar Mortgage, c/o 350 Highland Drive, Lewisville, Tex., filed against William Kovolenko Jr., 228 Behrens Rd., Jim Thorpe, over property at 15 White Oak St., Jim Thorpe. Sought is $164,772.54 and continuing interest.
Nationstar Mortgage filed against Susan K. Alber, in her capacity as administratrix of the estate of Jeffrey W. Alber, deceased, and other unknown heirs, over property at 64 E. Oak St., Tresckow. Sought is $108,112.98 and continuing interest.
Bank of America, c/o 7105 Corporate Drive, Plano, Tex., filed against Tammy Kemmerer and Jamie Smith, 747 Pine St., Bowmanstown, over property at that address. Sought is $200,957.72 and continuing interest.
Bank of America filed against Shawn Patrick Zupa, 219 Lehigh Ave., Palmerton, over property at that address. Sought is $104,601.54 and continuing interest.
Wells Fargo Bank, c/o 2780 Lake Vista Drive, Lewisville, Tex., filed against John W. Herring III, 75 Buttercup Way, Kunkletown, Towamensing Township, over property at that address. Sought is $347,889.97 and continuing interest.
A jury in a civil trial held on June 3 and 4 ruled in favor of the defendant.
Stephanie Molden, of 4 Foxhall Rd., Newtown, Bucks County, filed a suit for damages against Tuthill Corporation, Blue Mountain Ski Area, 1660 Blue Mountain Drive, Palmerton, Lower Towamensing Township.
Molden claimed on Feb. 7, 2009, she was at the ski area and walking on a designated walkway when she was caused to slip and fall on ice sustaining injuries.
She alleged negligence against the defendant and sought damages in excess of $50,000.
After listening to testimony, and deliberating for about two hours, the panel ruled in favor of Tuthill Corporation and awarded no money damages.
Judge Joseph J. Matika presided over the trial.
