Monroe man facing several charges

State police at Lehighton are investigating a shooting incident.

Troopers alleged that Danall Greenzweig, 29, of Kunkletown, fired four rounds from what is believed to be a .22-caliber rifle into the pool of Brian Tatti, 36, of 105 Horseshoe Drive, in Polk Township, Monroe County.

The incident occurred aboujt 5:59 p.m. on June 26, troopers said.

Troopers have been unable to locate Greenzweig, as he ran into a wooded area behind his home with troopers arrived. He later came out of the woods and approached troopers in an aggressive manner.

He refused to listen to commands and had to be tased, troopers added.

He is facing charges of assault, recklessly endangering another person, and resisting arrest.
