The Panther Valley Public Library, 117 E. Bertsch St., Lansford, has a host of happenings in November:

Preschool story time, every Tuesday from 9:30-10:30 p.m. A craft and snack is provided.

Reading Rocks!, sponsored by St. Luke's Miners Hospital and the library, will be held Wednesdays, Nov. 7, 14 and 28, from 6-7 p.m. There will be no program on Wednesday, Nov. 21.

The library will host a 4-H program, Nov. 13, from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Georgia Farrow, 4-H program coordinator with the Penn State Extension of Carbon County, will present "Mystery Senses." This program is geared for children ages 7 and up.

The library will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday from Thursday, Nov. 22 through Sunday, Nov. 25.
