In a story that appeared in Tuesday's edition of the TIMES NEWS concerning the sentencing of Adam Cebrosky, 24, of Palmerton, in Carbon County court an error was made.

Cebrosky was sentenced to serve two to one day less 24 months in the county prison on a charge of endangering the welfare of a child. In the story the victim was listed as a 11-year-old male.

According to the affidavit of probable cause filed by borough police the victim was the infant son of the defendant and it occurred on April 7, 2010, at a residence on Lehigh Avenue. Police were called to the emergency room of the Palmerton hospital by a representative of the office of Children & Youth that day.

Officer Trevor Flexer was told at the hospital that the child suffered multiple bruises on his face. The child had been brought to the ER by a relative.

Cebrosky was arrested by police following an investigation.
