A Lake Harmony man has been cited for damaging a vehicle in Tamaqua on April 16.

Erick Rivera, of 136 N. Lake Dr., Lake Harmony, allegedly punctured a tire on a vehicle owned by an instructor at the John Morgan Campus of Lehigh Carbon Community College, which is located along High Street The damage was reported at 4:20 p.m. and damages are estimated at $200.
