A Schuylkill County man was arrested on a theft count.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Jeremiah Mark Klinger, 29, of Good Spring, was renting a home along W. Mountain Road, in Hubley Township, that was owned by the estate of Clarence M. and Mabel K. Klinger. He was living there from May 2 to Aug. 2, when he was evicted from the property by the estate representative.Troopers alleged that Klinger removed several pieces of antique furniture from the property when he left.He was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition.
