CCEEC hosts Native American Day Nov. 12

Carbon County Environmental Education Center will host a Native American Day at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 12. Participants will learn interesting facts about a very different way of life. Several art projects, food, songs, and activities will give a better understanding of this culture.

There is a small donation to participate.

The center is located at the west end of Mauch Chunk Lake Park, just outside of Jim Thorpe, along Lentz Trail. Call (570) 645-8507 for information or to register for the program.
