Nesquehoning police have arrested Juli Ann Tumbioli/Schlorf, 25, of 418 Woodlawn Ave., Slatington, on charges of theft by unlawful taking or dispopsition and receiving stolen property as a result of an incident that happened in May in the borough.

Police Chief Sean Smith said the woman was arraigned before District Justice Casimir Kosciolek of Lansford and committed to the Carbon County Correctional Facility, Nesquehoning, in lieu of $1,500 bail.

Police allege she stole a Cannon digital camcorder and accessories valued in excess of $500 from the home of Travis Loch, 236 W. Musmano Ave.

Loch told police he had been dating the defendant, who stayed overnight at his residence on May 18 and 19.

After Loch took the woman home on May 20, he learned she stole the camcorder and sold it for $20 at an Allentown pawn shop.
