Katie Frey, daughter of 1SG U.S. Army Retired Harold and Deborah Frey, Tamaqua, was united in marriage to Tyler Forgey, son of Randy and Tania Forgey of Elkhart, Ind. on Oct. 6, 2011 in Yuba City, Calif.

The bride is a 2009 graduate of Indian River High School, Philadelphia.She is currently an Airman First Class, serving in the U.S. Air Force and stationed at Beale Air Force Base in California.The bridegroom is a 2009 graduate of Jimtown High School in Elkhart.He is also an Airman First Class, stationed at Beale Air Force Base.The newlyweds currently reside in Yuba City.
