Absentee votingRegistered voters for the May 18 Primary Election who are unable to get to the voting precincts due to absence from the municipality or medical reasons can vote by absentee ballot. The plantings will take place immediately following the ceremony in various parks in the borough. The public is invited to attend.LansfordCommunity eventThe Lansford Borough Council will once again sponsor the community yard sale in town.This is a townwide event in which residents are not required to obtain a permit to conduct individual sales at their homes/properties.The event will take place on Saturday, May 15, and has a raindate of Sunday, May 16.
