Police probing Carbon damages

State police at the Lehighton barracks are investigating a criminal mischief incident that happened between midnight and 11 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 21, in Towamensing Township.

The victim is Patrick Adam Gremling, 43, of 2900 Forest St., Lehighton.

He told police someone damaged a black metal mailbox and post at his residence before fleeing the scene in an unknown direction.

Damages are estimated at $50.

In another report, police said someone damaged a second mailbox on the same day between 5-9 a.m. along Church Drive in the township.

The victim in that incident is a 71-year-old resident of the area.
