The newly formed Carbon County Veterans Council recently seated officers. The Council consists of representatives from all 21 veterans organizations in Carbon County, who are working together this year to hold the Carbon County Veterans Day parade at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 7 in Palmerton.
