Spirit Trail hike

Robin Tracey, Tuscarora State Park's Environmental Education Specialist, invites area residents to join him on the "Spirit of Tuscarora Trail" Aug. 8 from 1 to 4 p.m.

The trail is 4.5 miles in length and moderate in difficulty. It winds through several diverse habitats and features a beautiful view of the Tuscarora Lake cove.

Hikers are asked to meet at the park's upper beach parking lot. Dogs are welcome, but must be leashed and able to get along with other people and pets.
