A Monroe County couple were cited following a domestic dispute.

State police at Fern Ridge were called to the home of Mary E. Frable, 36, and Harvey R. Frable III, 40, of Poplar Creek Lane, in Effort, Chestnuthill Township, on Saturday, July 24, about 12:37 a.m.Upon arrival Harvey stated he wanted his keys and when he went to get them Mary punched him. Mary said Harvey had struck her causing a bruise on her forehead and a small cut on her ear.Troopers spoke to a third party who related that she saw Mary punch Harvey. Both were issued citations for harassment, troopers side.
