A Freeland man arrested twice by Tamaqua Police and once by Rush Township Police is headed to state prison for 3 to 12 months, in a ruling by Schuylkill County Judge John Domalakes May 8.

Eric K. Kuklinski

, 32, was arrested by Tamaqua Police officer Mike Weaver on Aug. 10 and Oct. 6, 2018. His first arrest was for possession of drug paraphernalia and false ID to law enforcement; his second arrest was for possession of drug paraphernalia. Rush Township officer Bradley Hess arrested Kuklinski on Oct. 5, and charged him with retail theft, receiving stolen property, false ID to law enforcement, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He must pay $250 in costs and $239 to the state crime lab, and will be on probation for 12 months after release.

Joseph D. Fritz

, 22, York, was arrested by Tamaqua Police officer Christian Deangelo on July 30, 2018, and charged with criminal trespass and theft by unlawful taking. Fritz will serve 3 to 23 months on the criminal trespass charge and will be on probation for 12 months on the theft by unlawful taking. He must pay $50 to the CJEA and a supervision fee of $50 a month.

Francheska Lamanna

, 24, McAdoo, was arrested Jan. 28 by McAdoo Police officer Anthony Divirgilio and charged with simple assault and institutional vandalism. She was sentenced to time served to 18 months, must pay $50 restitution to McAdoo Police, $50 to the CJEA and a $50 supervision fee. She will be on probation for 12 months.

Vincent Roman

, 63, Freeland, was arrested March 30, 2018, by McAdoo Police officer Steven Torres and charged with DUI – controlled substance. He was sentenced to 72 hours to 6 months. He must pay a $1,000 fine and undergo a one-year suspension of driving privileges. He must pay $520 to Lehigh Valley Health Network, $75 to MCARE and $100 to the Substance Abuse Education fund. After release he must perform 10 hours community service.

Jessica R. Kerrick

, 32, Tamaqua, was admitted to the ARD program. She was arrested May 27, 2018, by McAdoo Police officer William Curilla and charged with DUI. She must pay $500 to defray the cost of ARD, $75 to MCARE, $25 EMS, $100 substance abuse education fund and a $50 a month supervision fee. She must perform 10 hours community service.

Michael H. Mariani

, 41, Lansford, was arrested by Pennsylvania State Police, Schuylkill Haven, trooper Benjamin Mennig on June 23, 2018, and charged with DUI, driving while operators privileges suspended, no rear lights and failure to use safety belt. Mariani will spend 15 days on house arrest, followed by 45 days supervision and 4 months on probation. He must pay a $1,000 fine, $100 to substance abuse education fund, $75 to MCARE and a $50 a month supervision fee. He will undergo a 12-month license suspension and must complete alcohol highway safety school and perform 10 hours community service. Additional costs include $400 to Lehigh Valley Health Network and $566 in additional fines and costs.

Amanda Nicole Hengen

, 27, New Ringgold, was arrested April 9, 2018, by Pennsylvania State Police, Schuylkill Haven, trooper Matthew Hartung and charged with DUI/combination alcohol and drugs. Hengen must serve 15 days on house arrest, followed by 45 days supervision and 4 months on probation. She must pay a $1,000 fine, $100 to the substance abuse education fund, $400 to Lehigh Valley Health Network, $75 to MCARE, and a $50 a month supervision fee. She must complete alcohol highway safety school, perform 10 hours community service and undergo a 12-month license suspension.
