Abby E. Sehl, 18, of Albrightsville, was cited by state police at the Lehighton barracks with failure to drive at a safe speed after a two-vehicle crash at 6:43 a.m. Oct. 9 on Route 115 in Ross Township.

Police said she was driving a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu too fast for existing weather conditions and failed to slow down when encountering traffic. The vehicle struck the rear of a 2014 GMC Terrain operated by Donna M. Land, 52, of Albrightsville.

No one was injured in the incident. The Malibu was towed from the scene.
