The Marian boys and girls basketball teams will both be participating in the upcoming Schuylkill League playoffs.

The Colts and Fillies each won Division 3 championships and have earned a bye into the semifinal rounds.

All games of the playoffs, which begin on Saturday with the quarterfinals, will be held at Martz Hall.

The Marian girls, who are currently 20-1 and went undefeated at 13-0 in league play, will be in action Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. The Fillies will face either Blue Mountain or Tri-Valley.

The boys, meanwhile, will also meet either Blue Mountain or Tri-Valley in the semifinals on Wednesday. Tip-off for that game is slated for 7:30 p.m.
