The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announces the following road work this week:

Carbon County

• Route 93 between Route 209, Nesquehoning and Luzerne County line, crack sealing, lane restriction, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. through Friday.

Lehigh County

• Interstate 78 between: Exit 57 (Lehigh Street) and Northampton County line, surveying work, nighttime work, lane and shoulder restrictions in both directions for inlet surveying, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Tuesday through Friday.

Monroe County

• Interstate 380 North, between Exit 1 (Interstate 80) and Exit 8 (Route 611/to Route 423), pothole Routetching, lane restriction northbound. 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday.

• Route 940, between I-380 and Locust Ridge Road, Pothole Routetching, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.

Northampton County

• Interstate 78 between Exit 75 (To Route 611) and Exit 60 (Route 309) shoulder work, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. through Thursday.

• Moore Township, Mountain Road, between Moorestown Road and E. Moorestown Road, lane restriction with flagging, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday and Friday.

• Route 33, Route 22 and Monroe County line, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. through Friday.

• Route 22, between routes 512 and 33, construction, 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. through Friday.

Schuylkill County

• Route 61, West Brunswick Township, between 895 and Interstate 78, bridge inspection, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday,

• Route 61, St. Clair and Ashland, Pothole Routetching, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., through Friday.

• Route 54, between Gilberton and Barnesville, crack sealing, 7 a.m. To 3 p.m. through Friday.
