A hiker who was the focus of a search on the Blue Mountain Sunday has been found dead. The coroner has been called to the scene,

The search was being conducted on the Blue Mountain for a 62-year-old man from New Jersey who parked his car at the Appalachian trail lot Saturday and went hiking.

The command center was set up at Blue Mountain Ski Area.

The Lehigh Township Fire Department was being assisted by Wolfpack search and rescue and Northampton County officials.
