Weatherly council reorganizes for 2022, keeps leadership

Weatherly borough council held its reorganization meeting on Tuesday.

District Judge Joseph Homanko attended to swear in the new and re-elected council members - Vincent Cuddeford II (new) and returning members Jeffrey Miller, Theresa D’Andrea and Norman Richie.

At the quick meeting led by mayor P. J. Hadzick, Norman Richie was re-elected council vice president, and attorney James Nanovic was reappointed as borough solicitor.

Retired council member Harold Farrow was named to the vacancy board.

Quad Three Group was reappointed as borough engineer.

Truist was named as bank depository.

Monthly meetings were set for the fourth Monday of each month at 4 p.m. except for Tuesday, Nov. 29, and Dec. 19 - a week earlier due to Christmas.

After adjournment, council and press members went into the parking lot to admire the borough’s new rescue-pumper truck, delivered from KME a few weeks ago.
