County Executive Armstrong to attend 2021 County Executive Roundtable

On Dec. 8, Lehigh County Executive Phillips M. Armstrong will be attending the 2021 County Executive Roundtable, hosted by the National Associations of Counties. The exclusive, invitation-only event will bring together county executives from the country’s largest counties along with leading national experts to examine trends and innovations in county government. County executives will convene in Washington, D.C., on Dec. 8-10 to engage in national discussions pertaining to the betterment of America’s counties.

This is the second County Executive Roundtable County Executive Armstrong will be attending, remarking on the huge asset it will be for Lehigh County and its residents.

“It is a great honor to be affiliated with the National Association of Counties, and to be invited once more to their County Executive Roundtable. This is a unique opportunity to learn more about what other counties are doing and see what ideas we can bring back to benefit our residents. Our county deserves every ounce of recognition on the national stage, and I am anxious to share with my fellow executives all the great things we have achieved so far in Lehigh County,” Armstrong said.

The National Association of Counties serves nearly 40,000 county elected officials and 3.6 million county employees. Founded in 1935, NacO currently provides services to over 3,069 counties. It is the only national organization that represents county governments within the United States.
