Tamaqua Police have cited Brian K. Woods, 51, of West Rowe Street, Tamaqua, in connection with an incident at a fast-food restaurant on Oct. 9.

Police were called to the Burger King on center Street at 6:02 p.m., after Woods entered the restaurant, sat down at a table that was already occupied, and proceeded to eat their food.He was asked to leave, and did, walking north on Center Street.A second call said Woods had entered Fegley's Mini Mart, which is where officers found him. His gait was staggered. His speech was slurred and he appeared to be confused. An open bottle of vodka was sticking out of his right front pocket.He was cited for public drunkenness and transported home.
