Graduates from basic military training

Air Force Airman Jeremy R. Klotz graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.

The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.

Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

Klotz is the son of Debra L. Klotz of Effort and of James M. Klotz of Palmerton. He is also the grandson of James M. Klotz of Lehighton, and of Iris Warner of Lansford.

The airman graduated with a diploma in 2013 from Pleasant Valley High School, Brodheadsville.
