Police uniforms stolen

A burglar who broke into a Shenandoah home got away with police uniforms from three departments.

The thief forced open a locked front porch window of Mary and Jason Drumheller's home between noon June 8 and 2 p.m. Friday, according to state police at Frackville.

He or she ransacked the house and stole the uniforms, from Ashland and Frackville borough and Butler Township police departments.

The burglar may also have taken a Kevlar vest in a blue carrier, and stole two green storage container of sports memorabilia, including complete sets of MLB cards, rare Rookie cards, sign plaques, and athlete photographs.

Anyone with information about the burglary is asked to call police at 570-874-5300.
