LINDA KOEHLER/TIMES NEWS It was Carnival Day at the Palmerton Memorial Park Pool and there was lots to do beside enjoying a refreshing swim in the pool. There were pony rides, games, Moon Bounce, a dunk tank and hot dogs. Skeeter Brotzman's horse Cody, made Fiona Winger, 8, a very happy girl. "I really like my ride," she said. The games were sponsored by the Palmerton Area Education Association and one lucky winner won a Barnes & Noble Gift Card. The other activities were sponsored by Palmerton Pool Pals.
