A Slatington woman was jailed for using a gift card that had been stolen.

Borough police said Ashley Caley, of 102 Main St., Apt. B, has been charged with receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy-receiving. She was arraigned on the charges on Aug. 22 and committed to the county prison in Allentown after failing to post $5,000 straight cash bail.Police said Caley was in possession of a stolen gift card from Boscov's Department store and used it at the firm's Lehigh Valley Mall store.
