ANDREW LEIBENGUTH/TIMES NEWS A specially made quilt was donated and raffled off recently during the Tamaqua <a href="http://D.A.R.E">D.A.R.E</a>. graduation held recently at the Tamaqua Area School District auditorium. Steering Committee members expressed their appreciation for the quilt, adding that every donation is needed to keep the program going.
