They were married May 16, 2009.Allege contract breachA Barnesville homeowner filed suit over an alleged contract breach for repairs to his property.The suit was started by John J. Maddin, of 413 Back Road, Barnesville, against Raymond Wilder, 136 Greenwood St., Coaldale, alleging on July 27, 2012, the parties entered into an oral agreement whereas Madden provided a motorcycle and $1,000 in cash to Wilder to complete a roof with soffit (cornice) rain gutter and flashing. Also, it was agreed he construct an addition on the house, 32 x17 foot, and also complete the interior and exterior stone work on the house. The suit claims the work was never completed and seeks damages of $3,807.31.Mortgage foreclosuresNew Tripoli Bank filed suit against Marc Kranson, Allentown, alleging he has defaulted on mortgage payments on a property at 50 Bull Run St., Coaldale, and that a balance of $106,983.96 plus interest and costs remains unpaid.Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Copppell, Tex., filed suit against Diane Swire alleging she has defaulted on mortgage payments on the property at 18 Ferndale Road, Zions Grove, North Union Township, and that a balance of $148,298.90 plus interest and costs remains unpaid.Seek back taxesTamaqua Area School District filed suits entering judgments against four property owners for alleged failure to pay school tax on their properties.A suit was filed against Milton C. Bailey Jr., alleging he owes back taxes totaling $1.357.47 on the property at 139 Penn St., Tamaqua; a suit against Ronald G. and Lynneth Creitz alleging they owe $636.40 in back taxes on the property at 124 Pitt St., Tamaqua; a suit against Raymond E. and Brenda L. Rubright alleging they owe $1,090.44 in back taxes on the property at 350 Wildcat Road, Walker Township; and a suit against Charles T. and Joann Rodgers alleging they owe $894.89 in back taxes on the property at 218 Orwigsburg St., Tamaqua.Treasurer's reportCounty Treasurer Jacqueline McGovern released the financial report for the month of December.Beginning balance of all accounts was $46,651,527.51, deposits, $29,087,950.30; disbursements, $25,184,818.42 and ending balance, $50,554,659.39.The general fund had a beginning balance of $17,015,467.50; deposits, $1,595,168.26; disbursements, $4,259,850.93 and ending balance, $14,350,784.83.Taxes collected, real estate, $249.994.20; funded debt tax, $13,245.11 and per capita tax, $18,921.40.Revenues included, fees from the magisterial district justice offices, $44,066.65; 9-1-1 tariff on telephones, $56,100.20; 9-1-1 department earnings, $567.09 and tax on hotels, $16,689.09.
