A Carbon County man is facing several criminal counts following an incident that occurred on Thursday, March 14.

State police at Lehighton said about 3:55 p.m. troopers responded to 16 Cornell Ave., Palmerton, for a report of a stolen vehicle.After further investigation David Richard Snyder, 53, of Lansford, was charged with allegedly stealing the 1992 Plymouth Acclaim, three phones, and an ATM card from the residence of Diane Lori Lowry, 50, and John Michael Snyder, 56, of the address listed. The theft occurred about 7:30 a.m.Troopers said David Snyder did withdraw $500 from the savings account of the two victims using the ATM card. He is facing theft of a motor vehicle and other counts, troopers said.Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at (610) 377-4270.
