On May 26, Mahoning Township Police investigated a single vehicle accident on Mill Road.

The driver of the vehicle, Charissa Butchko of Summit Hill, was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI. Police said a blood test showed the presence of methadone, and Oxycodone.As a result she has been charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance (2 counts), careless driving, and driving on the right side of the roadway.
