Schuylkill man facing charges

A Schuylkill County man is facing charges following an incident that occurred about 1:36 p.m. on Oct. 27 in the area of 315 W. Main St., in Girardville.

State police at Frackville said a white female from Girardville complained that as she drove in the area stated a flashlight was thrown out of a passing car and struck the windshield on her vehicle.

The other driver, identified as William McDonald, 43, of Girardville, returned to the scene and verbally harassed the female, troopers said, in public view. The investigation is continuing and McDonald is facing charges of harassment, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, careless driving, and depositing of waste from a vehicle onto a public street.
