A driver was cited following a one-vehicle crash that occurred about 4:10 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 10, along Carpet Road, west of Lyon Valley Road, in Weisenberg Township, Lehigh County.

State police at Fogelsville said Bechara Z. Azar, 47, of New Tripoli, was operating a 2003 Honda Civic westbound when the vehicle left the road and impacted with a utility pole on the front passenger side.Azar sustained a minor injury but did not require immediate medical attention.He was cited for careless driving, troopers added.
