Christina Kisner, 12, rearranged luminaria in front of the Tamaqua Salvation Army to form a star. They were originally placed in front of the Salvation Army as part of the Tamaqua Area Faith Fellowship Network's Night of Luminaria. She said she did it to remember the 26 students and school staff killed by a gunman Friday morning in Newtown, Connecticut.
