Brian Fults, dressed as Tinkerbell, wasn't able to use fairy dust as his chain popped off prior to the start of his race during Sunday's Reading Anthracite Coal Cracker Classic mountain bike race held in the mountains of Tamaqua. Fults, aka Butkus Bulldog, said, "It is all about having fun."
