Jodi Gaffney, 26, of 9 Tunnel St., Lansford: Cited for driving under suspension, driving vehicle at a safe speed, and tire equipment and traction surfaces as a result of an accident which occurred at 6:05 p. m. Aug. 3 on the 300 block of W. Patterson Street.Victoria Argott, 32, of 156 W. Snyder Ave., Lansford: Driving under suspension and violations concerning licenses at 7:17 p. m. Sept. 1 at Springgarden and Bertsch Streets.Joan Morana, 44, of 104 E. Ludlow St., Summit Hill: Obedience to traffic control devices at 6:55 p. m. Sept. 14 at Ridge and Walnut streets.William Savitsky Jr., 55, of 337 W. Columbus St., Shenandoah: Operating a vehicle with an expired registration at 1:15 p. m. Sept. 12 on the 200 block of E. Patterson Street.Safak Ugur, 39, of 35 Emerald Ave., Mt. Pocono: Obedience to traffic control devices at 7:47 p. m. Sept. 19 at Patterson and Springgarden streets.Tyler Sheckler, Albrightsville: Obedience to traffic control devices at 6:25 p. m. Sept. 16 on Bertsch Street.Shawn Meitzler, 33, of 328 E. Abbott St., Lansford: Cited for driving under suspension and driving without a license at 1:30 p. m. Sept. 12 at 328 E. Abbott St. A check on his license revealed this is his third offense for driving under suspension and second offense for driving without a license Both offenses are subject to enhanced penalties due to multiple violations.A 17-year-old from Tamaqua was cited for driving without a license at 1:55 p. m. Sept. 22 at Springgarden and Water streets.
