Mischief incidents

State police at Lehighton reported investigating two acts of criminal mischief.

Troopers said someone smashed the windshiled on the 1999 Kia Sephia of Matthew Hausman, 24, of Jim Thorpe. The incident occurred while the car was parked at 1340 Little Gap Road, Lower Towamensning Township, Carbon County, sometime between 4 a.m. and 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 13. Damages were estimated at $250.

Troopers said the passenger side window and mirror on the 1990 Chevrolet Corsica of Joseph Renner, 8711 Robinhood Lakes, Kunkletown, Polk Township, Monroe County, was smashed by unknown criminals while parked in the driveway of his home. The incident occurred sometime between 7 p.m. on Dec. 10 and 5 p.m. on Dec. 11.
