Henry Deibert, Slating; Martin Wolf, Ethel L. Bowman, and Anna Skoyinko, Palmerton; and Clarence N. Jarinko, Walnutport. The corporation is to exist perpetually. It shall have no capital stock. The directors will number five. The assets are a certain piece of real estate which has upon it a frame church building in Palmerton
