A Schuylkill County man is facing charges following incidents that were reported to have occurred over a period of time.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said that Robert Himmelberger, 64, of Muir, Porter Township, was cited for harassment. Troopers said for the past 20 days in a row, from May 5 to 25, he has been blowing the horn on his vehicle at about 4:30 a.m. to air his displeasure for a temporary stop sign that has been erected at a bridge along Gold Mine Road, a half mile from SR325, in Porter Township, that will be undergoing repairs in the near future.

On Tuesday, May 25, at 4:33 a.m. Himmelberger was stopped after he again blew the horn on his vehicle at the bridge. He was also cited for a stop sign violation, troopers said.
