Women of the ELCA of Trinity Lutheran Church in Lansford assemble hygiene kits to be sent to the Church World Service in Maryland. Each kit contains a hand towel, one wash cloth, a comb, one nail clipper, a bar of soap, a toothbrush, and six Band-Ads, which are placed in a gallon Zip-Loc bag. Members of the congregation contributed items to fill 27 kits. There is a great demand for these kits which will be distributed both domestically and internationally. Seen preparing kits are Doris Kelley, Betty Marek, Priscilla Koreisl, Pastor John Keiter, Jr, Martha Tirpak, and Dorothy Theodore.
