TAHS Spanish Honor Society holds induction

The Tamaqua Area High School Chapter of the Spanish National Honor Society has inducted new members. Requirements for induction include: students must have taken at least 6 quarters (1.5 years) of Spanish at TAHS; must have an average of 93 percent or higher in Spanish courses (or 90% if taking advanced Spanish); and must have a career grade point average of 86 percent or higher. Eric Lech is the advisor of the chapter. Senior and Junior class inductees include, front row from left, Megan Berezwick, Katie Hummel, Sam Digilio and Amber Schock.
