This Saturday, Aug. 18, from 1 p.m. until 11 p.m. Dylan Krum Day will be celebrated at Fritz's Lanes, 100 S. Second St. in Lehighton.

There will be cosmic bowling from 9-11 p.m. as well.Dylan lost his battle with pediatric follicular lymphoma on July 15, 2010 at just 15 years of age.Fifty percent of the proceeds from lane rentals and shoe rentals from Dylan Krum Day will benefit the "In Dylan's Arms" ministry and the Dylan Krum Scholarship Fund. There will be other events throughout the day to help raise even more money for both causes.Dylan's family is grateful to the Fritzinger family for donating the use of the bowling center for the event.
