Two persons escaped serious injury Saturday morning when involved in a crash along SR209 in Nesquehoning. The crash occurred at 6 a.m. between Nesquehoning and Jim Thorpe as a couple was traveling north. For some unknown reason the driver lost control entering the right berm. The car continued for a distance before re-entering the roadway and rolling onto its roof. Units of the Nesquehoning Fire Department responded to the scene. Nesquehoning police are investigating.
