Lehighton police reported on the following arrests.

Daniel Stockton, 24, of 7072 St. Peters Rd., Macungie, was cited for criminal mischief after smashing out the back window of a vehicle parked in the Rite Aid pharmacy parking lot along N. First St. The incident occurred on Saturday, March 17, about 2:33 a.m.

Two 13-year-old Lehighton males were both cited for disorderly conduct after engaging in a fight inside the Lehighton Area School District Middle School. The incident took place on Friday, March 16, about 7:10 a.m.

A Carbon County driver was cited following a one vehicle crash that occurred about 2:17 a.m. on Wednesday, March 21, along Lyon Valley Road in Weisenberg Township, Lehigh County. It was one of two crashes reported by state police at Fogelsville.

State police at Fern Ridge are investigating a criminal mischief incident at a Carbon County business.

Troopers said someone threw a rock through the first floor side window of L'antico & Caffe, located at 4 Danner Road, in Penn Forest Township, and damaged the window, screen and blinds. The incident occurred sometime between 8 p.m. Saturday, March 17, and 7:30 a.m. on Sunday.

Lansford police have arrested the following people on criminal charges:

Anthony Napolitano, 26, of 13 N. Walnut St., Lansford, faces charges from an incident which took place on February 3 at 2 a.m. in the parking lot of Turkey Hill. Charges were filed by Officer Joshua Tom. Napolitano is charged with resisting arrest, persistent disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled substance (heroin), and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Coaldale police have charged a Tamaqua man with drunken driving and other charges.

Brandon L. Fritz, 26, of 233 Catawissa St., faces two counts of driving under the influence (DUI), speeding, failing to have registration and proof of insurance,

Fritz was pulled over at on Route 209 at 4:40 p.m. March 11 by Officer Joseph Krebs for driving 62 miles-per-hour in a 45 zone, and saw that his registration had expired in February.

A theft from a Schuylkill County business is being probed.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said the incident occurred at the Little Mountain Landscaping business located at 1120 Centre Turnpike (SR61), in Orwigsburg, West Brunswick Township.

Troopers said unknown criminals removed eight to 10, three by two-foot beige stepping stones from the parking lot area. The stones weigh about 150 pounds and are valued at $400. The theft occurred sometime between 6 p.m. on Monday, March 19, and 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday.

Corey Schlier Jr., of Jim Thorpe, was cited for retail theft by the Mahoning Township police.

According to police on March 18 a report of retail theft was investigated at Walmart 1731 Blakeslee Blvd Dr. E.

An FM transmitter valued at $31.68 was reported stolen.

As a result of the investigation the item was recovered and Schlier was charged.

A Monroe County man was jailed earlier this week for violating a protection from abuse (PFA) order.

Pocono Mountain Regional police responded to 112 Lower Notch Rd., in the Indian Mountain Lakes development, in Albrightsville, about 5:35 a.m. on Monday, March 19, for a report of a domestic incident.

On scene the officers spoke with Mishaira Collazo, of that address. She had an active PFA agianst her baby's father and her boyfriend, Emmanuel DelCastillo, 19, of Tobyhanna, which forbid him to have contact with her and being at her house.

State police at Fogelsville said two Lynn Township, Lehigh County, residents were cited following an altercation the two had with each other. The incident occurred about 1:53 a.m. on Sunday, March 18, in the 6800 block of Broadtail Court, in New Tripoli.

Troopers identified the two as Michael Scott Clifton, 26, of Germansville, and Todd Ryan Christopher, 33, of New Tripoli. Troopers said the two got into a physical argument during which Christopher allegedly punched Clifton in the face with a closed fist and then the two began to wrestle and push each other.
