A Tamaqua man has been charged with trespassing after trail cameras recorded him on someone else’s land.

Blair Terry Kranch, 70, of 187 Owl Creek Road, Tamaqua, was recorded on the other man’s property on Oct. 21, 23 and 24, despite being barred from the property after a confrontation on May 2, 2015.

He faces charges of trespass and defiant trespass.

A Monroe County driver was involved in a one-vehicle crash in Lehigh County recently.

State police at Fogelsville said Alexandra N. Geddes, 21, of Long Pond, was driving a 2001 Nissan Pathfinder was driving westbound on Interstate 78 in Upper Saucon Township about 11:55 a.m. on Nov. 3 when she experienced mechanical problems with her vehicle. The problem caused him to lose control of the Nissan which resulted in the vehicle crashing into the concrete center barrier.

Geddes was not injured.

A Monroe County man is in jail for his actions following a crash Friday in Kidder Township.

Kidder Township Police determined a crash in Snow Ridge Village was the result of an argument and assault.

Renard Tabron, 24, of Blakeslee, punched Anthony Felix, 30, of Saylorsburg.

Felix, who sustained a broken nose, then attempted to hit Tabron with his vehicle, while his 7-month-old child was in the car.

Tabron fell onto the hood of the vehicle. While he was holding on to the hood, Felix then drove his vehicle into a rock.

A 39-year-old Tamaqua man has been charged with indecent assault and corruption of minors for reportedly inappropriately touching a 15- year-old girl.

Tamaqua Police received a complaint from the victim and her father on Sept. 19. The victim said Adam Burne of Race St., Tamaqua, had touched her inappropriately.. She noted they were friends who hung around together a lot, but she told him she didn’t want to spend time with him about three weeks earlier.

Cory Michael Whitley, 23, formerly of Tamaqua, is wanted by police for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

The owner of a gold 1994 Toyota Camry contacted police on Oct. 7 after Whitley failed to return her car, despite repeated attempts to contact him.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact police at 570-668-5000.

Tamaqua police filed additional charges against David John Brode, 22, of 534 Pine St., Tamaqua.

Brode had been wanted by police in connection with an Oct. 8 burglary at the Salvation Army, as well as for making threats against two women.

On Oct. 22, officers received a report that he had assaulted one of the threat victims, banging her head against a wall, twisting her neck and throwing her to the ground. The victim had bruises to her neck, feet and legs.

Mahoning Township Police Department reports the following incidents:

• On Oct. 1, police received a report of ethnic intimidation at Walmart from Yolanda Medina, 53, of Palmerton.

The incident was reported to have occurred on Sept. 30. As a result of the investigation, Medina has been charged with unsworn falsification to authorities, and false reports to law enforcement authorities. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 2:15 p.m. Nov. 16.

• At 11:27 a.m. Oct. 1, police received a report of an erratic driver on Route 443.

State police at Lehighton are investigating several thefts.

Lawn mower stolen:State police are calling the theft of a lawn mower from a shed in Ross Township a burglary.

The incident happened between 10:30 a.m. Aug. 27 and 10:35 a.m. Oct. 23 ata Dogwood Lane residence.

The victim, a 50-year-old man from Rocky Point, New York, reported someone stole a red Snapper lawn tractor from an unlocked barn on his property.

State police at the Lehighton barracks investigated a two-vehicle crash at 8:19 p.m. Wednesday on Route 903 in Penn Forest Township.

Police said Jared A. Eickhoff, 178 W. White Bear Drive, Summit Hill, was driving a vehicle west when he swerved into oncoming traffic to avoid striking a deer, at which time his vehicle struck a Chevrolet Suburban operated by Kaylin Zareb Yahya, Philadelphia.

The Penn Forest Fire Company, Lehighton Ambulance and All Points Towing assisted at the scene.
