Carbon County Planning Commission made recommendations on four subdivision and lot line revision plans during its meeting on Tuesday.

• David F. and Linda M. Zucal received conditional plan approval for a proposed lot line revision at 738 E. White Bear Drive, Summit Hill. Plans call for combining two lots into one.

• Michael R. Moyer received conditional plan rejection for a proposed land development at 325 Firehouse Road in Towamensing Township. Plans called for constructing a 4,800-square-foot garage/storage unit on 4.1997 acres of land.

• Hauto Valley Estates Inc. received conditional plan approval for a proposed lot annexation and lot line revision at 2 Eighth Ave., Nesquehoning. The plans call for combining two lots.

• Thomas A. and Kathleen M. Grannetino received conditional plan approval for a proposed subdivision at 535 Columbia Ave., Palmerton. Plans call for combining three lots.
