Seneca Road was closed to traffic for just under 30 minutes Monday because of a crash at 11:12 a.m. A vehicle hit the bridge guide rail, blocking the roadway. No injuries were reported. Mahoning Township Police investigated. A crash also affected traffic at Bridge and Ninth streets in Lehighton just after 2 p.m.
